We provide male / female caretakers for 8/12/24 hours at home / hospitals.
Our caretakers are hard working , well mannered and neat. Our staff is well trained in patient care and to handle all kinds of patients.Our caretakers are polite in nature and efficient in their work. We hire the best quality caretakers because we are committed to give good service at economical rates for our valuable clients.
We start the first stage of our service by visiting a patient's house and building a good repo with the family and patient. We check patient's activity, his daily routine, any disease he/she has, what service he/she requires from our caretakers/ talking with the family members about the behaviour pattern of the patient etc.
Second stage , by seeing the patient we are in the process of identifying the right caretaker for the patient. Selection of caretaker is very crucial part, so we are very serious about the selection process. In this stage we check the caretaker’s skill and ability about handling the patient, changing his/her dyper, bed cleaning, feeding , sponging , bathing , room cleaning , bathroom cleaning, washing clothes, catheter use, suction, dressing etc.
We focus on “Patient friendly caretaker” on the basis of behaviour, speaking style, his/her devotion for work, trustworthiness, soft spoken , caring for the old age persons, honesty etc
In the third stage , at the time of sending a good caretaker at the patient's home, we visit the patient’s home , with the caretaker on his/her first day. and introduce our caretaker to the patient’s family and to the patient also so that a friendly and trustful environment should be built. And there should be a good bond between the caretaker, patient and his family, so that further working should be going smoothly.
Meanwhile, if the caretaker is absent for his/her emergency we immediately replace with onother caretaker, as our caretakers give prior intimation to our office admin department before 1 or 2 days We believe that our company is the place where care comes first.
We take weekly feedback of the caretaker from our valued customers and if any problem arrises we immediately take suitable action on it positively.
Where care come first
Our home patient care taker are certified and can help patient’s movement , maintaining hygiene , taking care of feeding , to assist in exercise and other nursing care specialisations as :-
There are strict checks of our entire staff before being hired. We only hired the staff with a good family background with some legal formalities. We also go through police verification of the caretaker if needed.
